Rovaniemi Arctic Spirit has been organized in Rovaniemi every two years since 2013 and is the only regular international Arctic conference in Finland. Rovaniemi Arctic Spirit Conference 2023 is taking place from Monday 13th to Wednesday 15th of November. This year the theme is “Towards New Horizons”. Program includes these topics and more:
